Mostly there aren't any
Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, and Time-Warner pretty much own the entire United States. If you're fortunate you live in a market where more than one of them play and you've got that choice, at least.
Netflix and Amazon do not own the means of content delivery. They are at the mercy of the wires that the data travels across.
Google tried to get in the market. That's what Google Fiber was. They dropped it because the existing players tied things up with regulatory capture, and Google ... GOOGLE ... decided that they couldn't afford to try and compete.
So yeah. I mean I suppose it's theoretically possible for a competitor to spring up, but the barriers to entry are ridiculously high.
